
What governs our health and wellbeing? how we use our body
and mind, how we react to everyday situations. Stress is everywhere
- it is our reaction to it which either leads to dis-ease or to
health/vitality. We can store tension and create it in many ways,
then find it difficult to 'switch off' or be creative with our
energy.
This course is for healers and teachers who wish to develop their ability and potential to help others enjoy balance, health and happiness, to learn to appreciate mind and body, to release tension and to flow with the energy of life.
Student teachers need to have an established Meditation or Meditative Peace practise before beginning this course.
