The Centre is nestled in a beautiful Mid-Western hardwood forest, with sunny open spaces for our waterfall, pond and garden. Many miles of wildlife reserve offer hiking, skiing and unlimited opportunities for quiet communion with nature.

The heart of the Centre is the Meditation room, available at all times, with twice-daily group gatherings.
Please feel free to meditate in your own way, in your own time.

Our accommodation is modern and airy, with single and shared rooms, according to availability, with disabled access. Wholesome vegetarian meals are lovingly prepared and served with individual needs carefully considered. We hold regularly scheduled group silent and spiritual retreats - offering special times to imbibe in a deeper peace.

Although the feeling is that of a country haven, the centre is conveniently located within 10-15 minutes of most of the Lansing metropolitan area including Michigan State University, East Lansing and Okemos.
