Inspiring Quote from Mata Yogananda Mahasaya Dharma 15th December
Mata Yoganandaji, most Meditation practises seem to be linked to a belief in God. What if you do not believe, can you still Meditate and would it benefit you?
“Non-belief in a God, does not necessarily mean no belief in a higher power. Disbelief likewise, does not mean they not exist. Most people have some belief that there is some intelligence behind creation. Pure Meditation puts you touch with that intelligence.
If you do not believe – Pure Meditation will change your disbelief to belief by direct contact with your Higher Self (God or Intelligence). It does not matter what we call it. Are we not all unbelievers until we have knowledge to know and believe?… yes! you can still Meditate.
The benefit of Pure Meditation is that it will bring such helpful changes into our life, that we really cannot afford to go through our life without it.”
