Being Still and Mindful Course for CHILDREN July 26 & 27
For 5 -12 year olds, to help them towards mindfulness in all of life and give them ways of understanding their feelings and how to deal with them. A simple meditative practice will be taught with practical applications for school, home, sleep and leisure activities. Cost:£3.50 per session.

For parents ~ three quarters of an hour to curl up with a book, relax over a cuppa, stroll in the gardens, or have a quiet swim.
