The name PURE Meditation - a message from Mata Yogananda

My dear worldwide family,

     I am writing to ask you to make certain that on speaking of meditation you say and use Pure Meditation.

These words are so important – for – ‘Pure’ is a descriptive word meaning meditation is Pure – of Truths, Love and peace.

     It was only ‘Meditation’ years ago, but people were getting confused e.g. is it Buddhist etc, so I prayed for a name that would be appropriate, and ‘pure’ was the answer.
 

     Words are spiritually important.
