- Retreats for Relaxation
Spend a flexible amount of time at the Centre, imbibing and being nurtured. We have Meditation rooms, good vegetarian food, beautiful grounds, a therapy pool, log fire, comfortable accommodation, and lovely local walks. A time for you to unwind, relax, contemplate – all in tranquil surroundings.
- Retreats for Personal Development
Tailor-made to suit individual requirements. Natural Spiritual Healing, Progressive Counselling and/or Guidance are arranged on a one–to–one basis. This helps tremendously to focus and make use of the unwinding time here at the Centre, as well as giving a real energy boost and helping with health problems or life decisions; people in good health also benefit from healing, as it helps to optimise the system: body, mind and spirit. Hatha Yoga and Aqua Yoga are also available.
- Two Day Silent Retreats
These run regularly throughout the year, giving time to really settle into the peace and quiet of the Centre’s spiritual environment. They offer plenty of time for meditating, reading, walking, relaxing, and swimming in the therapy pool. Delicious, simple food is offered buffet–style.
- Kriyaban Celebration Retreat
A joyous coming together as a spiritual family for all who have received the Kriya-One breath.
Mataji will give Darshan and Satsanga to Kriyabans. The week will also embrace a Meditation Refresher, spiritual teachings, chanting, silent times and the opportunity to learn Mi~Lee.
- Christmas and Easter Celebration Retreats
A truly spiritual way to celebrate the inner beauty of these times. Following a meal served on arrival – giving time for all participants to get to know each other – these retreats are held in the silence, giving ample time for meditation, thinking, relaxing and getting in touch with the inner self.
