The Centre is situated in the "Heart of Wales", rural Carmarthenshire, eight miles north of the historic royal town of Llandeilo.
Nestling in a quiet wooded valley by the river Cothi, surrounded by the Cambrian Hills & the Brecon Beacons National Park, it makes a wonderful base for walking, enjoying the peaceful communion with Nature, and is an idyllic retreat.
The Main House was once, in part, a large mediaeval Welsh longhouse, and has been subsequently much modified to suit the requirements of successive generations. It offers warm, cosy, centrally heated and characterful accommodation.
The gardens & grounds are spacious, secluded and peaceful, and include riverside walks.
Accommodation is in two twin-bedded rooms, one within the main house (with private/shared bathroom), and the other in a former blacksmith's smithy (with en suite bathroom), which has its own sitting area.
We encourage guests to feel at home at the Centre and to use the sitting room with its inglenook fireplace. The Meditation Room is available at all times, with morning & evening group meditations.
We prepare and cook wholesome vegetarian food.
Natural Spiritual Healing is available and we are also trained to give healing to animals.
We are trained to use Progressive Counselling to work wih individuals, couples, or other partnerships and groups.
In addition to our Healing and Counselling clinic at the Centre, we have clinics in Sennybridge and Carmarthen. Please contact us for further details or to make a booking.
We send Winged Prayer to all souls in need every evening at 9 pm.. Please contact the Centre if if you would like to ask for winged prayer.
Retreats. The Centre offers a peaceful, loving and supportive environment for personal retreats.
Out & About. The area around the Centre is a wildlife haven, particularly for red kites, buzzards, woodpeckers, goshawks and kingfishers. Footpaths wander through upland pasture, dense conifers, ancient oakwoods and over windy hilltops. A little further afield, we are 15 minutes from the Brecon Beacons National Park, ½ hour from the city of Carmarthen, and 45 minutes from the stunning coastal cliffs and silver sands of Pembroke, Cardigan and the Gower. The National Botanical Gardens of Wales, Aberglasney Gardens and Dinevor Country park are all within 15 minutes drive.
How to find Us: The Centre is 21 miles from the M4 (J49). It is 8 miles from the main A40 trunkroad at Llandeilo, and 7 miles from Llangadog railway station, which links to Swansea (and Intercity to London Paddington),Cardiff (railway & international airport) in the south and Shrewsbury/Crewe northwards. There are local buses from Carmarthen, Llandeilo and Llandovery to within 200 metres of the Centre.
