Transformation Yoga and Relaxation Days
These are for those who may be unable to come to weekly classes, and for those wishing to concentrate more intensively during a day of Transformation Yoga and Relaxation.
These days are planned so that, between breaks and lunch, each session is varied and complete in itself; there will be relaxation and visualisation to help reach a greater depth of balance and self-awareness. Aqua Yoga may be included in the day’s schedule.
We will be working with body position and the breath, as well as using our mind as we focus attention on each part. This can help us to ‘listen’ more intuitively as we go with the natural flow of our energies, thereby finding more enjoyment in all areas of our life.
